Terms of Service for Pilotflow by Zippy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Pilotflow by Zippy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use Pilotflow by Zippy.

2. Description of Service

Pilotflow by Zippy is a closed-source Google Workspace add-on that automates Gmail inbox management using configurable Action Packs — rules that label, archive (with optional delay), forward, and organise your emails automatically. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Tier

A free tier is available with limited features as described on the pricing page. No credit card is required for the free tier.

3.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Bright Softwares to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use Pilotflow by Zippy only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the closed-source application
Not use the add-on to violate Google’s Terms of Service
Configure Action Packs responsibly — you are responsible for the rules you set up
Not use the forwarding or webhook features to transmit unsolicited messages (spam)

5. Intellectual Property

Pilotflow by Zippy and all related trademarks, logos, and source code are the exclusive property of Bright Softwares. The application is closed-source; you may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute it without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bright Softwares shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pilotflow by Zippy, including:

Unintended email modifications caused by misconfigured Action Packs
Emails forwarded to unintended recipients due to user-configured rules
Emails archived prematurely or not archived due to timing or quota issues
Gmail API quota limits or Google service unavailability
Data loss due to Google account issues

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may uninstall the add-on at any time via your Google Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
