Notiwise (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Service”) is a Google Workspace™ addon provided AS-IS for calendar notification management. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS.
2. Acceptance and Agreement
By using Notiwise, you:
- Accept this Privacy Policy in its entirety
- Acknowledge you have read and understood all terms
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws
- Accept all risks associated with using the Service
- Waive all claims against the developers

- Calendar IDs you select
- Custom priority tags
- Custom reminder times
- Events marked as “done”

- Error logs (for debugging only)

4. Data Usage and Purpose
We use your data SOLELY to:
- Provide smart calendar notification services
- Configure priority-based reminders
- Create events from Gmail™
- Track completion status
- Display usage statistics
- Improve service functionality
- Debug technical issues
We explicitly DO NOT:
- Sell, rent, or trade your data
- Share data with advertisers
- Use data for marketing
- Mine data for AI training
- Transfer data outside Google’s ecosystem
- Access data beyond Service functionality

- Google Apps Script PropertiesService (user settings)
- Your Google Calendar™ (events and reminders)
- No external servers or databases

- Encrypted data transmission
- No third-party access
- Limited permission scopes
- Regular security audits
5.3 Data Retention
- Settings: Until you delete them or uninstall
- Calendar data: Per Google Calendar™’s policies
- Logs: Maximum 30 days
- “Done” markers: Until you clear them

We DO NOT share your data with:

If you believe a child has provided information:

- We will delete all data within 48 hours
Parents: Use parental controls to restrict addon installation

- No independent international transfers

- Consequences of sharing your credentials
- Third-party actions
- Force majeure events
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
13.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability is LIMITED TO $0.00 (zero dollars).
13.4 No Liability for Abuse
We are NOT responsible if:
- You misuse the Service
- Your account is compromised
- You violate Terms of Service
- You share data inappropriately
- You experience consequences from using the Service

17. Data Deletion Procedure
To completely delete all Notiwise data:
- Open Notiwise settings
- Click “Clear All Settings and Reminders”
- Uninstall addon from Google Workspace™ Marketplace
- (Optional) Revoke OAuth access in Google Account settings
- (Optional) Contact us to confirm deletion
This is permanent and cannot be undone
