Abuse Policy
Notiwise has zero tolerance for abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Harassment: Using Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Spam: Sending unsolicited communications
- Fraud: Using Service for fraudulent purposes
- Security: Attempting to breach security or access unauthorized accounts
- Overload: Excessive API usage that impacts Google’s infrastructure
- Illegal Use: Any illegal activities
Consequences:
- Immediate account termination
- Reporting to Google and authorities
- Legal action including civil and criminal prosecution
- Permanent ban from Service
- No appeals
